The Export credit agency of Kazakhstan participated in an investment support seminar in Astana
On May 21, 2026, representatives of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan (ECA, the Agency) took part in the seminar “Government Support Measures for Investment Activities,” held in the capital city.
During the event, organized with the participation of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC “NC “KAZAKH INVEST,” representatives of state development institutions and the business community discussed key investor support instruments, incentives, and mechanisms for protecting investors’ rights.
As part of the seminar, Temirkhan Tishbayev, Regional Manager at the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan, delivered a presentation on the specialized support measures offered by the Agency to strengthen the investment and export potential of companies.
The key objective of the ECA’s participation in the seminar was to raise awareness within the business community about the available financial and insurance instruments that help mitigate risks associated with investment projects and encourage domestic enterprises to expand into foreign markets.
The event also brought together executives and experts from JSC “Baiterek” National Managing Holding, JSC “Industrial Development Fund,” and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken.”
