The sole shareholder of the "Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan" JSC is "National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC.

JSC "National Investment Holding "Baiterek" (hereinafter referred to as JSC "NIH "Baiterek", Baiterek Holding, the Holding) is a key institution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, meeting advanced corporate governance standards and ensuring the implementation of goals for the sustainable development of Kazakhstan's economy through its diversification, support for innovation, export development, and increasing labor productivity.

Key objectives of JSC "NIH "Baiterek" within the framework of its mission:
