Baiterek Holding celebrated Nauryz Meiramy

On March 20, a festive event dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz Meyramy was held at Baiterek National Managing Holding. The event was attended by Chairman of the Management Board Rustam Karagoyshin, as well as the management and employees of the entire group of companies within the Holding.

Addressing the team, Rustam Karagoyshin congratulated the employees on the holiday and highlighted the special significance of this day.

«The coincidence of Nauryz Meyramy and Eid al-Fitr this year gives this day a special meaning. It is a time that unites us around the values of kindness, mutual respect, and support, reminding us of the importance of unity and shared values»,  he noted.

A special highlight of the celebration was the tusau keser ceremony conducted by the head of the Holding. This ancient Kazakh ritual symbolizes a wish for a child to take confident steps and have an open and successful path in life.

Each subsidiary organization of the Holding prepared its own festive venue, turning the event into a true festival of national traditions.

The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan was responsible for the creative, musical, and stage production of the celebration, including performances by dombra players and vocalists, as well as the organization of the “Qara Jorga” flash mob.

Qazaqstan Investment Corporation organized a площадку of national games and sports, including toguzkumalak, asyk atu, kettlebell lifting, and archery. At specially prepared areas, guests and employees were able not only to watch the competitions but also to participate in them, experiencing the traditions of the Kazakh people.

The Industry Development Fund of Kazakhstan presented the “Craftsmen’s Town,” featuring an exhibition of samples of Kazakh handicrafts from the 18th–19th centuries. Invited artisans demonstrated the art of making kamshy (traditional whips), felt products, and national jewelry. Workshops on creating Kazakh jewelry were organized for guests, where each participant could take home a handmade piece.

The Kazakhstan Housing Company arranged a themed photo zone reflecting the cultural heritage of the Kazakh people. Against the backdrop of a traditional yurt, images of batyrs, the tazy hunting dog, and a golden eagle, guests were able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of national culture.

The event brought together the teams of the entire Baiterek National Managing Holding group of companies and became a traditional platform for strengthening corporate culture and preserving national values.
