TXF – Expert Platform for Developing Export Finance
On 25–26 November 2025, the leadership of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan (ECA) participated in the annual international conference TXF Export Finance Dealmakers Assembly held in Vienna, Austria. The event is one of the key global platforms for developing export finance and fostering interaction between export credit agencies, financial institutions, exporters, and investors.
According to Madina Erzhanova, Deputy Chairperson of the Agency, participating in TXF 2025 is not merely about being present on an international platform but represents strategic work aimed at developing Kazakhstan’s export potential and strengthening cooperation with colleagues from international ECAs and banks:
“Discussing opportunities in Central Asia is a traditional topic at this platform. Each time, I notice increasing interest from investors and foreign ECAs in the Central Asian region and particularly in our country as a key player. Today, we discussed the current structure of the exports we support to Europe, as well as potential sectors and growth points in relationships both between development institutions and between countries,” – said M. Erzhanova.
During the conference, a series of meetings were held with international banks and export credit agencies from DACH countries. As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached to expand partnerships, exchange experience in risk management, and explore opportunities for joint implementation of export-oriented investment projects in Kazakhstan.
