The Akimat of Kostanay Region, together with JSC “Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan” (ECA), organized a business breakfast for regional entrepreneurs with the participation of representatives from the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” and JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.” The purpose of the event was to stimulate export potential and identify the needs of businesses.

Among the participants were heads of enterprises from key sectors of the regional economy: the agro-industrial complex, food and light industries, construction materials production, and mechanical engineering, including ECA clients — Prombaza-7 LLP, Terra LLP, and Aruana-2010 LLP.

ECA’s regional manager, Temirkhan Tishbayev, presented the Agency’s key tools to entrepreneurs, including pre-export financing and loan insurance. These measures allow enterprises to replenish working capital for raw material purchases, expand production capacity, and implement modernization projects.

Particular attention was given to issues of digitalization and automation of the services provided by ECA. Participants were shown the online platform “Exporter’s Personal Account,” which ensures a full workflow cycle — from submitting an application to signing a contract. The use of the platform increases the speed of request processing and improves the efficiency of interaction between businesses and government institutions.

During the meeting, entrepreneurs exchanged proposals and discussed pressing issues arising during the organization of export deliveries.

Additionally, an ECA representative visited local enterprises to identify potential producers and new opportunities for developing non-resource exports in Kostanay Region.

It should be noted that all Kazakhstani enterprises involved in the production of non-resource goods, works, and services can use ECA services. For the convenience of entrepreneurs, each region is assigned a regional manager of the Agency, who can be contacted for consultations on financial and insurance support.
