Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan showcases its expertise at TXF conference
Madina Yerzhanova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan, participated in TXF, the leading international conference on export and trade finance, held in Vienna.
The conference aimed to foster new partnerships and explore key market trends, attracting participants such as banks, export credit agencies, exporters, equipment manufacturers, developers, and investors.
During the session on emerging markets in Central Asia, Madina Yerzhanova highlighted the expertise of Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan. She outlined the agency's business support programs and its innovative risk-sharing mechanisms, aimed at fostering collaborative projects and strengthening trade relations with European partners.
"After 20 years as a traditional insurance company, we evolved into an Export Credit Agency – the first of its kind in Central Asia. Our agency is open to cooperation, as export promotion institutions strengthen regional positions in the global market. This transformation enhances the competitiveness of our economies in export financing. By supporting domestic exporters, we create favorable conditions for international buyers and investors," noted Madina Yerzhanova.
The conference concluded with agreements to expand cooperation in co-insurance and reinsurance for non-resource exports. The participants identified key areas for collaboration and agreed to exchange expert information and cooperate on international projects.
