A large-scale exhibition of Kazakhstan manufacturers, "Ulttyq ónim," will be held in Astana.
From May 16 to 18, the 8th annual exhibition of domestic manufacturers, "Ulttyq ónim," will take place at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana. The event will feature 350 companies from all regions of Kazakhstan. Residents and visitors of the capital will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of locally produced goods and purchase them directly from the manufacturers.
Special attention at the exhibition will be given to products manufactured with state support, including programs from the Damu Fund — a subsidiary of the National Managing Holding "Baiterek" JSC. Additionally, organizations within the Holding’s group of companies will participate, including Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan JSC, Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC, and the venture company BGlobal Ventures.
The exhibition will showcase products from various industries, including food, light and chemical industries, mechanical engineering, equipment manufacturing, and jewelry. Among the participants are brands such as Gormolzavod, Aq Dam, Galamilk, Altay Outwear, Balausa Jewelry, Kaynar AKB, Su Bereke, Aurora, Almaty Turmystyq Tehnika Zavody, and others.
As part of "Ulttyq ónim," panel sessions featuring Kazakhstani and international speakers will be held, focusing on entrepreneurship development, along with fashion shows, masterclasses, the "Halyk Tandau" tasting contest, prize draws, and concert programs.
The "Ulttyq ónim" exhibition has become a valuable tradition that promotes and popularizes domestic goods and services. Interest in the event grows each year: in 2022, it attracted over 20,000 visitors, and in 2023, 22,000. Sales volumes have also increased, from 70 million tenge in 2022 to 74.1 million tenge in 2023.
