Baiterek National Managing Holding and National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan sign agreement on cooperation in support of business
Baiterek Holding and RK National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NPP) as per the signed document will cooperate in a number of spheres. In particular, in the development of financial and investment activities, in support of entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as the development of public-private partnerships. Action plan is being already drawn up to reflect the decisions to achieve the goals identified by President Nursultan Nazarbayev to diversify the economy and provide real assistance to local entrepreneurs.
According to the document, in order to implement cooperation in the field of development of Baiterek Holding financial-and-investment activities in terms of business support, participation will be ensured of RK NPP in the Boards of Directors of companies engaged in financial and investment activities, including in Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC, Kazyna Capital Management JSC, and Baiterek Development as well as in those carrying out activities of financial and non-financial business support, including «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock company, Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC, and National Agency for Technological Development JSC.
RK NPP intends to submit for the consideration of the holding company and of its subsidiaries, investment projects requiring debt financing or state support for their further implementation.
“Joining efforts with RK NPP will positive impact onto support to and development of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, which will create favourable conditions to attract investments into the non-petroleum sector of the economy, – said at the meeting Kuandik Bishimbayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek National Holding JSC.
